Ay mamsh, the "stomach bubble" they're referring to is most likely just gas in baby's tummy, totally normal yan sa 20-week scan, lahat ng babies may ganyan! A few of us had the same concern nung scan namin and the OB said it's just part of normal development, nothing to worry about, pero since you're still concerned, better message your doctor lang to ask directly para ma-ease your mind completely.
