Bloody Discharge - Neo Penotran

Hello mga mamsh! This is my 5th day na in taking Neo-Penotran. Itong pang 5th day d ko pa na-insert tonight. Pero I noticed na may discharge ako kanina yellowish with blood. Ang last day ng mens ko ay 19 pa. I'm really worried right now. Is this normal?
