39 weeks and 4 days: stuck at 4cm 🙁

Mama, first of all sending you a big virtual hug, carrying that loss while waiting for baby 2 is so heavy, no wonder ka-anxious ka At 39 weeks plus, I think it's really time to have a heart-to-heart talk with your OB about what comes next, whether they're thinking of waiting a bit more, doing something to help move things along, or scheduling induction, because staying at 4cm with a hard cervix after all those tries is something they need to actively manage with you. A few of us mums had similar situations, and honestly, the waiting and not knowing what the plan is made the anxiety worse than the actual induction or whatever they decided, so it might help para sa peace of mind mo to ask your doctor directly: "What's our game plan if labor doesn't start on its own by X date?" You're in good hands with your OB, and they know your history too, so lean on them talaga.
