BPS & NST FOR 35 WEEKS

Oo naman, totally normal yan! Some hospitals start BPS (biophysical profile) around 35-36 weeks depending sa OB mo, pero maraming moms ang NST lang muna especially kung walang complications, just keep asking your doctor kung kelan siya mag-recommend ng BPS para sure ka na. NST is usually enough pa to check baby's heartbeat and movements, but since you're already at 35 weeks, maganda na i-raise mo to sa next check-up para alam mo exactly what to expect at walang pagod-pagod pag dating na.
