avoid stress po, eat healthy, get a lot of sleep, be happy po :) download ka ng mga apps para sa pagbubuntis may mga guide po dun tungkol sa development ni baby at mga kailngan mo gawin. pacheck po kay OB at wag mahihiya mag open sa kanya. ipon kna rin ng gamit kahit paunti unti :)
