Honestly, the best thing you can do is follow your OB religiously kasi twin pregnancies need more monitoring, a few of us mum friends who had twins said the regular check-ups really made the difference, plus they caught potential issues early. Make sure you're eating well, resting when you can (I know, easier said than done with a 2nd pregnancy!), and don't hesitate to go to the hospital if you feel something's off, kasi alam mo ang body mo na from your first pregnancy. Normal delivery with twins is possible but it really depends sa position ng babies at how your pregnancy progresses, so that's something to discuss in detail with your OB habang lumalaki ang pregnancy mo.
