Merun po ba dito frm employed ng change to voluntary payment. Ako kasi ng changed n ako via online, ngbayad n rin ako online, naka voluntary member na ako. Pero bakit d ako makapag file ng maternity nakalagay is"sorry this facility is for self employed/voluntary. " Kahit naka tagged nman ako sa voluntary member na. Pls help. Salamat.

Hi po! Same here po. Kaso I wasnt able to pay online kasi sabi po nila, need daw po ng PRN before makabayad online. Eh never ko pa po naexperience magbayad ng online or sa mismong SSS kasi kakaresign ko lang. What I did po is to complete the requirements to be submitted. Mat. Notification form and photocopy ng 2valid IDs, plus yung ultrasound result ko. Nakaplace yun sa envelop and then naghulog po ako sa dropbox sa mismong SSS. Then after a week tumawag po yung taga SSS sa akin and they told me na I need to fill out SSS form RS5 para machange status ko ng voluntary then I need to pay 2mos contribution then need ko kunin uli yung envelop ko from them and then isusulat ko daw doon kung kailan ako tinawahan. Then that'll be the time that they would acknowledge me as a voluntary contributor. Mapprocess na daw po nila non. I suggest po mag ask po kayo sa mismong office nila. Magpasama nalang po kayo kasi di po kayo papapasukin sa loob. Hehe God bless po

Hindi po. Iaadvice po nila na magsama po kayo ng representative nyo just in case may concern po kayo. Pero kung magpapass lang naman po ng printed requirements(mat1 form, ID and ultrasound) sa labas lang naman po ng office nila yung dropbox so no need na po pumila
