At 33 weeks with twins, especially MCDA, those symptoms macam swelling, frequent peeing, and leg cramps memang common lah, tapi because it's twins and you're struggling to walk, please see your doctor ASAP or go to the hospital to check your blood pressure and make sure everything's okay, especially with MCDA pregnancies. A few of my mum friends pregnant with twins went through similar things dekat stage ni, tapi doc monitored closely. Jangan tahan-tahan ye, better safe than sorry!
