medela or spectra?

Medela or spectra pumps better? Should i prepare nipple cream before arrival of baby? How to take care of cracked nipples?

Both are ok. Depends the design u are comfy with. You may buy nipple cream before deliver. You can apply breast milk on your nipple area. If got crack / bleed, must let it heal first. Or apply nipple cream
