Mcm sy shri before bsp sy stop mkn berat pukol 6ptg..kalau lapar pun ambil biskut je before 10mlm..bsp sy pukol 8am/12am/3pm/8.30pm..ni atas klinik make sure lpas je buat bsp kena mkn dn selang dua jam contoh bsp 8am stop mkn sblum 10am so ad dua jam gap untk 12am..
Breakfast(8-10am): sandwich + air kosong
Lunch(12-1pm): nasi suku2 spruh syur and buah wjib
Mnum ptg/mkn malam (3-6.30pm): sma mcm lunch atau ambil kuih..
Make sure air kosong kena bnyak..alhamdulillah bacaan bsp ta pernah merah stkat ni..
