My baby is 6 months old as well. Up till 1 year old, milk should still be the main source of nutrients while you take time to introduce solids. I've introduced quite a few solids to her such as carrots, pumpkin, tofu, grapes, banana, long beans and broccoli. You can try baby led weaning and skip purees altogether. Up till 1 year old, breastmilk still provides all the nutrients a baby needs.
This isn't a schedule but it's a list of good first foods for baby. We didn't really plan our baby's meals. Just made sure that we had these ingredients around and prepared them in different ways (steam, roast, etc) then blended or mashed to a consistency that she liked. Also did our best to balance protein, veggies/carbs, fruit.
