#TAPx59S Maternity leave is over and you are back to work. Here are some helpful tips to ensure your milk supply is maintained and you can pump enough milk for your baby's needs : 1. Pump consistently every 3 to 4 hours for at least 10 to 15 minutes. 2. If your workplace is not conducive to pump or you have a very busy schedule, invest in a handsfree pump. 3. Place all your pump parts in a container or zip lock bag and put them in the fridge after every pumping session to save time on washing up. 4. When you are back home, just latch your baby.
