1st tri i hate milk to the max, 2nd tri i mix ice w maternal milk + milo powder..
i started w 1 serving per day w just 2 scoops of maternal milk + 2 scoops of milo powder.
then i gradually increase milk powder & decrease milo powder.
now am w28, i drink 5 scoops of milk powder a day, 2 servings. cause my baby is "underweight" 😣
ice + milo helps w me a lot.. i also sometimes mix w cadbury chocolate powder..
