Menyusu sampai tidur (direct feeding)

Aiyooo mama, you're not alone lah, a few of us still doing this at 1 year old, memang penat betul kan! My boy also wakes up 1-2 times for feeds, and honestly at this stage it's more comfort than hunger, so I've been trying to stretch the feeds a bit longer each time instead of doing full sleep training gau-gau which memang stressful for everyone. One of my mum friends introduced a small cup of water or comfort object at night first before jumping to full weaning off the breast, and it helped gradually lah, but got to work at baby's pace so mum and baby both less suffer
