Memang boleh jadi pregnant right after miscarriage tanpa period dulu, your body sometimes ovulates before the bleeding fully stops, so the timing with baby measuring 7 weeks makes sense. A few of us in my mum group went through similar situations and delivered healthy babies, so try not to stress too much even though I know it's scary after what happened. Do follow up closely with your doctor though, especially since the last miscarriage was quite recent, they might want to monitor you more carefully this time, just to be safe.
