sharing here..kinasal kami ng hubby ko Last December 2021 and nabuntis ako after namin ikasal so im at 38 weeks..inasikaso ko ang Married name ko sa SSS, Philheath, PAGIBIG and Philpost (SM AURA BRANCH ako kasi nandun lht last April ONE DAY KO inasikaso between brunch time less tao) tinanggap nila MARRIAGE CERTIFICATE and wla pa ako PSA priority lane kapa means mabilis process..dapat lht may xerox copy ka ng papers mo and dala m original..alam naman nila matagal process ng PSA so go..kumuha narin ako ng UMID will take upto years daw makuha..PHILHEALTH nakuha ko agad..PHILPOST, dalhin m old ID and proof of billing and marriage certificate, (650 pesos ata) 2 mos nadeliver sakin ung card..PAGIBIG naupdate na rin married name ko..National ID and Passport nlng haha..so everything went successful..pati Bank ko inupdate ko na married name ko basta dala din marriage certificate and 2 ids with ur married name na..(thank God may philpost and philhealth ako married name) and went smoothly..so ayan mga mamshi please use ur priority as buntis..nagsuot ako na halatang buntis ako pra lagi una sa pila hehehe

This also happened to me last yr. Wala pa ko valid IDs na married, company ID palang, yung healthcard ko married name na. Philhealth at SSS ko single name pa din. Buti nalang tinanggap ng hospital na proof yung marriage contract at nagamit ko pa din yung philhealth ko. Sugeestion ko mi if ganyan nalang kaliit yung timeframe mo para mag ayos ng docs, after manganak ka na magpalit. Nakakakaba if hanapan ka ng hospital ng IDs na married name din haha. Unless makakapila ka din sa philhealth/pag ibig kung san madali makakuha ng ID.

Ito ginawa ko sis: kuha ka sa PSA ng CERTOFICATE OF MARRIAGE NYO or bring your original LCR copy of marriage. Nung nagpa change status ako sa Philhealth at PAGIBIG nagpa ID tinanggap nila ung LCR copy. Same day nakuha ko na Philhealth ID at PAGIBIG Loyalty card. Sa BIR at SSS naman PSA copy ng Marriage certificate ang hinanap nila. Tapos Pina ligitimate na din namin eldest ko kasi unmarried pa kami nung nanganak ako sknya. Saken pinilit ko tlaga maupdate dhil employed ako at the same time pra maupdate ndin beneficiaries ko.

No need po..been married for 6 yrs nang magbuntis at manganak ako.. 2x pa lang ako nagdeclare na married ako nung kumuha ng marriage certificate at nung manganganak ako..wala din akong plan na palitan Apelyido ko..OK naman.. as long as meron kang copy ng marriage certificate from SPA na ipapakita mo kapag hiningan ka once mag apply ka ng philhealt benefits mo kapag nanganak ka..then later on pwede mo na update status mo at iadd si baby as beneficiary mo..basta update mo lang bayad mo atleast for 1 yr.

Same us momi..feb. dn kami na kasal and until now wla pa kami update sa marriage cert. sabi2 kc afte 6mons. bago ma verify..kia alanganin in-update q nlang Sss at philhealth q para sure dahil ang Id's q lhat is single pa q..no conflict nman un sa Sss maternity at philhealth basta bbyaran mo lang vulontary kahit 9mons. lang...

need po mommy magchange ng status pagkukuha ka ng MDR na gagamitin sa hospital. madali lang naman po, kailangan lang ng marriage certificate and yung id mo saka er2 form kung employed ka. sa SSS naman po yung sa mat.notification kahit hindi naman po updated yung civil status mo. birth certificate lang ni baby ang kailangan.

kuha Po Muna Kau ng marriage cert copy pwede Po online kse requirements Po Yan sa SSS, philhealth and pag ibig. sa SSS Po pwede Po online mag paupdate marital status. initially when needed, pwede Po kaung kuha id sa barangay. mas mainam Po na magpaupdate Po kau ng marital status for benefits purposes.

pwede ka naman na po mag change status tapos kuha ka postal ID 1 to 2 weeks pwede na ma release pag rush.tapos sa philhealth mabilis lang din maka kuha ng ID priority kapa don kasi buntis ka.sa ospital na inanakan ko di naman sila humingi ng ID marriage contract hiningi nila.

You can still use nman your maiden name if d p updated ung Philhealth mo. That's what i did pero make sure lang na lagay mo single sa mga form lol. Then sa certificate of live birth ni baby, pasa ka lang ng copy ng marriage cert mo para magamit ni baby last name ni hubby mo.

I suggest as ease mo muna if ikaw mismo nghuhulog sa social benefits n yn. Para d k maipit sa processing ng change of status since malpit n due mo. If hindi nmn updated hulog mo try to reconcile it to that agencies and submit the requirements for your change of status.
