Hi Noor. At that age, your kiddo should be taking 3 naps during the day. Try this: Fix the bedtime at 7 or 8 PM. Just before that, give him a bath. That makes them sleepy. He may still get up during the night for feeds. At 7 or 8 am, you start your daily activities and wake the baby up as well.
Then have regular naps at 10 am, 1 pm, and 3 30 pm. Try and wake the baby in about 45-75 minutes. This will set a schedule.
Engage your baby in stimulating activities like reading, toys he can touch safely, baby gyms. Avoid screen time until he is 2 years old. That way, he is not overstimulated. Hope this helps...
