vaccine side effect?

mamshies.. normal lang ba..? yung baby ko 1 month and 3 weeks na, and she was vaccinated this august 27 lang.. pero after non humina ung pag pupu.. not like before every day may pupu.. or if not pag utot palang may pupu na sya.. august 28 nag pupu sha ng once pero august 29, wala ni isang beses? until now.. pero may wiwi naman ... nag wowory kasi ako eh.. mas ok ba yung ganon.. nagnormalize ba ung bowel nya or mas nag worse? please advise thank you PS: dumedede sya, active, doesnt look irritable.. always hungry and no other symptoms..plus im a breast feeding mom po exclusive
