bells palsy

hi mamsh..i had an emergency c-section last july 10th and the day after my operation i noticed na d pantay ung face ko and i am having difficulty sa pagkain pagssalita and half of my face is not responding..is anyone here who had the same xperience after delivery?any recommendation for faster recovery?thanks in advance..
