Uy mamsh, congrats sa April baby! Honestly, I feel you, low pain tolerance din ako pero I did it without epidural and hindi ko pinagsisihan, though kailangan talaga ng mental prep at support sa labor. A few of us moms tried breathing techniques and moving around (like squatting, pacing) which helped distract from the pain and actually kept the urge to push super strong, unlike what some say happens with painless delivery, yung pushing part talaga ang saya kasi alam mo gawin mo and parang may control ka. But mamsh, every labor is different, kaya best if you chat with your OB about your options and pain management choices na comfy sa inyo both; some moms also prefer gas & air or nitrous oxide instead of full epidural kung gusto pain relief pero may urge pa rin to push.
