Expressing colustrum

Hi mamas, there was a day where I slept on my right side probably compressed my boobs and I woke up with a good patch of soaked bedsheets with colustrum. Currently week 31, should I start expressing colustrum daily or leave it as it is

i was in the same situation. you can try to collect drops with a needle-less syringe and freeze the drops, but i wouldn’t recommend expressing as this might induce labour, especially since you are not full term yet.
