Cervix shortening

Hello mamas. I’m at week 32 went for my scan ytd and it states my cervix is shorten. Given few jabs like progesterone and dexamethasone (2 hours apart) and utrogestan to insert into my vagina. Anyone had the similar experiences? And am on bed rest currently. I am feeling so down as I do not want to give birth premie at least last till week 37. Need some advises here please! Many thanks!
