Hi mamas, I’m at Week 32 and baby is 1.6kg. Gynae has advised for me to help baby gain just a little weight (150-200g or so)!
Any healthy methods to do so? Am already eating to my best efforts (full-fat milk daily + 4 meals a day). My metabolism is quite high so it’s been hard to gain weight.
I personally would prefer not eating sugary things like durian and ice cream and bubble tea!
