Hey mama! Okay so most mums I know who flew around 10 weeks were totally fine with it, their doctors mostly said it's safe as long as you're not flying constantly back-to-back. The thing is, first trimester can be a bit unpredictable with morning sickness and fatigue, so some mums found the flight itself draining lah, but nothing medically risky.
A few practical things that helped: compression socks, getting up every hour or so to walk around (blood clots are more of a concern in pregnancy), stay super hydrated, and aisle seat is your friend untuk toilet trips! One thing I'd suggest, make sure you have your doctor's clearance letter or memo handy, just in case the airline needs it, and book that aisle seat ASAP before you go.
Your own OB/gynae will give you the best call based on your specific pregnancy though, so worth checking with them for any precautions they'd add!
All the best with your work trip, mama!
