Spotting at 38 weeks

Hey mamas! Anyone had spotting nearing to their due date? Did call the hospital and the nurse advise to continue monitor and wear pad. So far no contraction but my back is killing me. ? any tips to ease the ache?

You may want to check with the gynae. Sometimes back pain can be due to contractions too. So it’s a sign of labour.

Warm baths, place a hot pack on the back Pls try speaking to your Gynae because I don’t think the pad is an answer
