Hey mama do you know if your baby is allergic to cow’s milk, are u still able to eat lactation bakes that contains dairy while still breast feeding? Is it true whatever we eat will directly pass down to baby’s?
My baby has cow’s milk allergy and i still eat baked lactation goodies. But do look out for any allergy reaction on baby after consuming and avoid those that give severe allergic reaction.
