Week13 alahan

Ahhh mama, week 13 allergies can be brutal lah, a few of us went through the same thing and it's honestly so draining when it gets worse every week! The gagging and all that is really uncomfortable, but do check with your doctor or gynae just to make sure it's normal pregnancy stuff and not something else, okay? In the meantime, try keeping your room cool and humid (some of us swear by a humidifier), and small frequent meals instead of heavy ones seemed to help a few mum friends with the gagging. Hang in there, this phase won't last forever!
