what if po si wife unemployed na, tapos at the same time hindi sila kasal ni mister. Pwede padin kaya makapag file ng paternity si mister?

Additional po siya sa Paternity (in case eligible din sa Paternity Leave 'yung husband niyo). Bale pwede pong umabot sa 14 days po (if married) and 7 days (if not). 'Nung nag-submit po kasi ako ng MAT-1 Form sa employer ko, may form na rin for allocation of maternity leave credits, pwede i-allocate sa father 'nung child or guardian, mababawasan lang 'yung 105 days na leave. Yes makakapag file. pero may mga hinihingi ang HR na documents not sure kung ano yun. Kasi sa kawork ng asawa ko nakakuha naman ng paternity leave kahit di kasal madami lang hininging requirements. Better to ask ng partner mo ang HR sa company nila. Or sa mismong SSS office kung self employed.

hindi po momsh dapat po kasal talaga.

yung sa title nya kasi is about sa SSS benefit so patungkol din sa allocation ng leave na pwede maavail ng tatay kasal man o hindi. nkadepende pa din ito sa arrangement ni mommy sa HR kung mag allocate sya para sa 7days leave ng tatay jg baby.
