I gave birth before my due date. Malapit na yan mommy. What I did was 3 exercises everyday. yoga for easy delivery, walking and zumba for preggies. Lahat nasa youtube yan. Add mo na rin akyat baba sa hagdan and drink pineapple juice. Niresetahan din ako ng evening primrose oil 3x a day for 7 days week before my due date then 5 days ko lang sya nainom then nanganak na me. Pagka sugod sakin sa hosp, 6cm na ako agad. 4 hrs active labor. God bless momshie!!! 💖
maiba lang po. curius lang ako. bakit mdmi nagtatanong d2 if mababa or mataas pa. Wala lang kc bago ako umanak dko alam na dapat mababa para saan. Parang kusa nalang kc sya bumaba at naglalakad lakad nalang ako umaga t hapon. Nakaraos parin khit d ko alam if mababa o mataas pa. Share lang no hate 💖
