M having back pain like stiffness.... M not at all comfortable in lifting up my baby... M facing lot of problem.. Pls suggest me something n m c section done.... My baby is 1month 25days
Any of your family members could help you? Or hire temp nanny for couple months? Or full time helper?
Try not to bend down so much, you need to rest as much as you can.
