Low lying placenta

Ay, I totally understand the worry, mommy! A few of us sa circle namin had low-lying placenta din and honestly, most of them did move up by 20 weeks or even later, the placenta really can shift pa, especially ngayong mabilis pa lumaki ang uterus mo at ganyan. Rest when you can, avoid heavy lifting, at yan talaga ang best we can do habang hinihintay ang follow-up ultrasound mo; keep your OB updated on any bleeding or spotting kasi yan ang importante. Praying for you na umaangat na placenta mo at makaiwas sa bedrest, pero if your doctor says kailangan, it's really para sa safety ng baby and you, we're almost there, mama!
