Personally I would still go for full cream milk for a 6yo, especially if your child is active and growing 😊 Kids at this age still need healthy fats for energy and development. Low fat milk is usually more suitable if there are weight concerns or if advised by a doctor. So it’s okay if your 8yo takes low fat, but the younger one stays on full cream. Different ages, different needs

From what I know, both can be okay depending on your child’s growth and diet 😊 My PD told me if the child is growing well and eating balanced meals, low fat milk is generally fine after age 2. But if your kid is picky eater or needs more calories, sometimes full cream may be better. Maybe can check with your PD too since every child’s needs are different 💕
