I had low amniotic fluid during pregnancy too, mummy. ❤️ My OB advised me to stay well hydrated and monitored me with more frequent scans. I tried to drink plenty of water, but honestly the biggest thing was following up closely with my doctor. The good news is you're only 20 weeks and your OB is keeping an eye on it. Wishing you and baby all the best 🤍
