Yes heartburn & indigestion for me ... need to be mindful of what you eat. Also eat small portions a couple of times a day instead of 1 big meal 3 times a day. Avoid spicy food :p i had to kick that from my diet cos i love spicyness. Haha . Drink sips of water it helps with the heartburn in my case. Whenever laying down i try not to be fully flat but in recline it helps. Tkcr mummy !

yes! please be careful what you consume for indigestion, heartburn - drinking Milk will help resolve it and use Pregnancy pillow, to aid while sleeping.. nausea 😵 always have some plain crackers with you ,it helps a lot! and drink water 😊

33 weeks and still suffering from all the above especially painful heartburn. Eat small meals, avoided spicy foods but still no use.

I had all during my 2nd and 3rd trimesters..
