For something a little more private or international in flavour, I've heard Rosemount International School in Tampines mentioned as an option worth looking into, though of course the fees and structure will be quite different from a government-aided school. A mum I know personally did mention that Tampines Primary itself has a good reputation among the neighbourhood schools if you're sticking to the MOE route.
