That's quite an adventurous choice at 10 weeks! I'd say check with your OB/GYN first because aerial work can be high-impact and some doctors prefer you stick to gentler stuff in the first trimester, especially if you weren't doing it before pregnancy. If you get the green light, definitely find an instructor who has experience with pregnant clients and can modify the moves properly for your changing centre of gravity. Your best bet is probably asking around at prenatal classes or maternity groups locally since there's quite a community here in Singapore, so you might find your kakis there instead of trying to kickstart a whole new class.
