I think it depends on who are the 5 in the household and how many rooms you have.
Husband and you, plus 3 kids? Or 1 kid plus adults like parents/in-laws/helper?
I know of a family staying in 68sqm flat with 2 bedrooms. Squeezy but possible. 2 old folks, husband and wife, 1 newborn, 2 primary school kids, 1 teenager.
