Hello.. my lo which is 19days old have some small little red “pimple like” on her face. Is it sth that i need to be worry about? Or can it be because she usually finish her milk then she will bite onto her mitten and rub it against her face.

Could be baby acnes, milk rash or heat rash. U can google up but these are normal. Unless look serious then bring to PD 😊
Most likely milk rash. Just clean her skin with a soft damp towel and air dry. It should clear up by itself:)
