My LO can't finish his feed recently

My lo is turning to 3 mths old soon. Recently he often cannot finish his milk. Current intake is 100-120 ml breastmilk. Have tried to change the teat also. Any reason why?

Sometime thy under this period of "milk strike". After sometime will be fine. My LO went through this
