Hi! My LO just turned 3 months and noticed this in his gum. Is he teething already?

Yes. If your baby has the tendency to bite on things get some teethers to relieve them of the pain. There are teething gels available too (Dentinox is the one I use)

    detinox for 6 mth onwards.. rmb to check on this.
