baby acne? heart rash?

My lo suddenly have these spots on his skin. Should I be concerned?

Annyhoos was prescribe oral medication for the itchiness and hydrocortisone(gt steroid) to apply on skin. I used neither and nurse her very frequently. It subsided overnight. But it may still flare if triggered.
