3 week old baby breathing hard and sounds phlegmy

My LO seems to be breathing hard during feeding and sleeping and sounds like she has a lot of phlegm in her throat. No fever and sometimes sweating. Can anyone advise please ?#advicepls #pleasehelp #FTM

Just bring to baby doctor for a check if you are concern. We are not doctors here and in no position to advise. Baby is very very young too so this need urgent medical attention.
