Just bring to baby doctor for a check if you are concern. We are not doctors here and in no position to advise. Baby is very very young too so this need urgent medical attention.
Had the same issue. Phlegmy. No cough or flu. Doctor said its normal for newborn. But my baby not sweating. Best to check for confirmation
