18 Months On/off Fever

My LO recently have this on/off fever. Usually her body temperature abit high at night time. but shes active eat and drink normally. Should I give her medicine? I don't want to rely on medicine much.

Dont think teething will cause fever. Personally, i'd get baby checked.

OK. But with the recent outbreak, clinics and hospital is the last thing I wana go. But I will have my girl checked. Will try to give meds first if she doesn't recover

How high is the temperature? Does she have any other symptoms?

Abt 37.5-38. No other symptom. abit of cough but I think it could be due to she putting her finger/toys in the mouth most times. Could it be teething?
