4 month regression HELP! :(

My LO is probably right in her 4 mo regression, and wakes up screaming no matter from naps or in the middle of the night. It’s impossible to calm her down in the MOTN except by feeding, is it ok to feed? I’ve read online that it creates bad associations and LO will not be able to learn to sleep on their own? I’m trying my best to to not feed her when she wakes up at a timing that she didn’t use to before the regression, but I’m not sure I’m doing the right thing at all! :(

Mama to 1 and another 1 upcoming!

i also read that they say just maintain the same routine you had as usual. i did that and it was all okay after 2 weeks (mine lasted for that long). plus i was breastfeeding and she had night feeds till she turned 5 months old.

There’s no absolute right or wrong (but safety has to be the priority). I will just go ahead to do whatever calms my baby, be it feeding. It’s a phase and it shall pass.
