Drink a lot of water but doesn’t pee a lot

Hi. My LO is not feeling well recently, and she’s not eating well which the PD said was ok. She has been drinking a lot of water and also having regular milk in take but she doesn’t urine a lot. I don’t know is it an area of concern. Sometimes her diaper can be dry for hours. She’s 14mo.
