Lengthening nap time

My LO is one month old. He is feeding every 2-2.5 hourly and his sleeping time is at best 1 hour plus. Is there anyway to lengthen his sleeping time so that I can drag the feed to 3 hourly? I also think that he might be feeding too frequently? Any advice?
