Mine been looking since very young. Like few months old. Now 9mo still the same. Eg look up to see lights when we enter lift, look up to lights in the house ... simply attracted to lights.... switched on or off regardless

Think my daughter did that when she was about 1yo too. Haha. Stopped on her own after a while.
Even my boy (16 months) also curious and likes to look at the lights too
