4mo baby sleep

my lo got her day n nite mixed up so she sleeps in the day n nap at nite. like meanings she will wake up at say maybe 6-9pm n sleep at 12pm in between she nap what can i do

Try to adjust for her. Set a bedtime routine like a dark room, no noise etc .

    try already she still dont wan sleep. before that we hav routine, slp at 10pm - 12/1am n wake at 11am+- then nap in the day no issue. suddenly she change it now it opposite
