Baby not sleeping

My LO is approaching 5 months old and her sleeping habits unusual. She could nap in the day time but whenever it comes to night times, it’s always inconsistent. She do not want to sleep even when she is tired, keeps on cooing and trying to talk. She only manage to sleep around 11pm to 1am daily... please help. 😩
